Car Maintenance Package
$80
Designed to help you look after your car and to stay safe on the roads:
- Learn the theory to changing a wheel
- Learn how to fill up the car, fuel types
- Learn how to check/inflate tyres, what to look for
- Learn what's under the bonnet - How to check oil level, transmission oil, windscreen washer and other fluids as applicable.
- Printed handout on all of the above and more to use as a reference.

Travel Surcharge

Additional cost on top of the lesson price if you wish to finish or start more than 10km from the pick up or drop off location. This has been introduced to meet expectations, because the additional travel time/cost needed.
Card processing fees - 2% fee
2% processing fee applied to all card transactions (this covers the cost of the fee from Square)
Cancellation fees
Variable
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, then 24 hours notice needs to be given.
- If 24hrs is not given, the student may incur a cancellation fee.
- If the student has pre-paid for lessons, we reserve the right to deduct that full amount for the lesson.
- If you arrive late for a lesson, we can only offer you the remaining lesson time at full cost.
- If you are a no show for a lesson, the full amount is payable to Drive 2 Survive.
Payment to be made within 7 days to avoid further fees.
Lessons in your car
Auto lessons available in 2024 Kia Picanto GT-Line, fitted with dual controls. We're also available to give driving lessons in YOUR car.
Benefits include - being able to drive your car - understanding of your car - get used to the size of your car.
Can provide Manual or Automatic lessons. (car MUST be insured and registered/legal).
Payment can be made by bank transfer 24hrs prior, cash or card on the day.
